Dr. Binayak P.Rajbhandari, Ph.D.

Dr Binayak P. Rajbhandari had worked in Tribhuvan University (IAAS and RECAST)for 28 years as Associate Professor. In the year 2000, he along with his friends founded the Himalayan college of agricultural sciences and technology (HICAST) -the first private college of agriculture in Nepal. He has been working as Executive Chairperson and Professor of Sustainable Agriculture there since 2000. He founded the open access Nepalese Journal of Agricultural Sciences (NepJAS) in 2010, and has been working as Chief Editor.

Dr. Upendra Man Singh, Ph.D.

He joined Government service as Veterinary Officer in 1980, and contiued to work as Senior Scientist in Central Animal Health Reseach Center under Nepal Agricultural Research Council(NARC). He was retired as Sen. Scientist from NASRI, NARC in 2015 after 34 years of Government service. After that he joined HICAST as full time Professor of Veterinary Pathology and has been teachingVeterinary Histology and Veterinary Pathology as well supervising students for thesis research works.
